Ysgol Golwg Pen y Fan

The school will move to a new building located on the former Brecon High School site in the future, which will be jointly funded by the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme and Powys County Council. A design team has been appointed to work with the Council on designs, and there will be opportunities for the school community to contribute to this as the design process moves forward. The new building will include accommodation for early years, additional learning needs and community facilities, and will be highly energy efficient, as it will need to meet the Welsh Government’s Zero Carbon in operation requirements.
