Ysgol Golwg Pen Y Fan Wrap Around Care

Bookings for Wrap Around Care are made via SCHOOP. This is currently run by school staff and is an unregistered club.

We are fortunate to have current school staff who take on the club roles and ensure this facility continues for our families across campuses. Please follow the guidelines below when booking or cancelling places, as staffing is planned based on numbers booked for each session.

Current Prices

  • Breakfast Club: £1.50 per child per day (£2.00 per child per day from 06.01.2026)
  • After School Club: £6.50 per child per day (additional siblings £5.50 per child per day)

Timings

  • Breakfast Club: Gates open 8:00am, last entry 8:25am
  • After School Club: From 3:30pm, collection by 5:15pm

If you are late to drop off or collect your child(ren), please contact the office as soon as possible.

Bookings

Please book Breakfast Club and After School Club by Thursday at 15:00 the week before.

Emergency bookings may be accommodated if requested at least 48 hours before the day needed. For urgent requests, contact the Mount Street Junior Campus office at 01874 622262.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your child(ren)’s place. With 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full charge as staff will already be allocated.

Payments

Payments are made via ParentPay. Please ensure adequate funds are available. For advice, contact Miss Griffiths in the Mount Street Junior office.

Tax-Free Childcare

After School Club is registered with HMRC, so parents may be able to claim tax-free childcare. More information can be found here:
